MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & SERVICE COMMITMENT POLICY

1) 14 days Service Commitment

Installation & Service Commitment for 14 days from installation date or invoice date, attend On site service within 48 hours, any product provide by Advance Plus during installation & service commitment Within 4 days due to any problem or damage will replace one to one exchange. After 14 days Service Commitment will be charge as service charge per case basis.

2) 14 days Money Back Guarantee

Any not happy with the product can request for refund. Dismantle Labor Fees bear by customer. Price is 30% of the Total Amount. 

There is estimated of 7 to 14 working days for the refund process, and the refund amount will be shown on the Buyer’ Credit Card statement, or a copy of bank slip will be forwarded to the Buyer.
